Refund & Return Policy

30-day returns, no questions asked

We want you to feel completely at ease with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order for any reason, you have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return for a full refund of the product price.

What's eligible

• Items in their original condition with all packaging.
• Unworn items, or items only lightly tried on.
• For hygiene reasons, the heated eye mask and silk sleep mask must be unopened and in their original sealed packaging.
• Jewelry and Fashion Accessories must be returned in original condition within 30 days, with original packaging and tags attached.

How to start a return

1. Email us at info@southernserenity.shop with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.
2. We'll reply within 1 business day with simple return instructions.
3. Shipping note: Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

When you'll see your refund

Once we receive your return, we inspect it within 2 business days and issue the refund to your original payment method. Most banks show the refund within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We'll replace it or refund you in full at no cost to you.
